Detailed Program Structure (example)

-
Monday & Tuesday: There are self-paced lessons to read and digest before the group coaching session. Most students block 1 to 2 hours on their calendar to go through the content.
-
Wednesday: We will come together for an hour for a group coaching session. We will first round-robin to check in on how everyone is doing that week. Then, the standing topic of discussion will be what we're learning that week, and we'll finish with general top-of-mind topics from work to pose to the group.
-
Thursday: For most, this is a day to reflect, catch up, and begin the project for the week. Yue will host office hours every two weeks. You can join at this time to ask any questions about the course material and meet other leaders in the program.
-
Friday: Complete your project for that week. You can share it with the group for broader feedback or DM Yue directly for more private topics.

FAQs
What is the cost of the program? Is it eligible for L&D stipends?
The cost for the program is $2500, payable through Venmo, Bank Transfer, or Stripe.
The program is eligible for L&D and Education Stipends. Completion certificates and Invoices are provided when requested.
What are the key takeaway for leaders in the cohort?
-
Tactical skills for advancement: gaining the tools you need to become a leader and not just a strong executor
-
Mindset and priorities shift: Rather than spending 80% of time on executive, re-orienting your priorities and time spent on the levers that will propel your career upwards.
-
Feeling heard: Finding a group of like-minded professionals going through a similar journey, and feeling less alone in the struggles and challenges.
How is this different from your Maven courses or 1:1 coaching?
The accelerator covers a broader range of topics than the maven courses. In addition to executive presence and superpowers, we cover sponsorship, managing performance reviews, relationship building, self-advocacy, building coalitions, and more.
This program also includes weekly group coaching and office hours which is very valuable for making the course materials even more actionable and tailored to your needs.
Where do I sign up?
Please submit your application here.
You will hear from Yue on the next steps for payment if there is a spot available in the cohort.
What if I need to miss a week or am not sure about the hours commitment?
There are no make-ups for the group coaching sessions and the sessions are not recorded. If you miss a session, please let the group and Yue know, and we'll try and catch you up async!

For curriculum, some students prefer to set aside 2-3 weekend half days over the 8 weeks rather than spend 1-2 hours a week. This also works well.
